We need more OUTSTANDING companies like Fox Family Pools. They diagnosed the problem, gave me several options, and allowed me to decide what to do. I would recommend them to anyone needing pool repairs.
We have used Fox Family Pools for over 5 years for major pool repairs. They never disappoint us. Last week they did bead blasting of our tile and acid washed our plaster. It looks like a new pool. They follow up after the pool re-fill to ensure the chemicals are balanced. Every employee of Fox Family Pools and/or their subcontractor are very professional. Highly recommend them!
Fantastic service. I have been using FFP for 5+ years now to repair and upgrade our pool. The pool was here when we bought our home in 2018. (I think pool was built in 2014). They always are quick to respond. They never try to upsell you on repairs and equipment.
Austin has been a pleasure to work with. He even remembered a problem I was having with the older computer control panel not interacting with the newer color lights and talked with the Jandy rep. He let me know a simple chip upgrade could take care of the issue. I just thought we would be limited unless we did a complete panel upgrade.
