Awesome customer service. It was very easy to schedule a service appointment online and Crew showed up on time. Crew replaced the motor and had the AC running right away. Really appreciate the quick turnaround.

I am so happy I chose Crew to figure out how to resolve our relentless dirty sock syndrome problem. James came first and did the inspection, and we appreciated how well he explained everything along with several options and personal recommendations. He even noticed that we were missing a float switch on the drip pan which both our builders and inspector didn't catch. Ezekiel came out to install the option we chose (UV air scrubber) and confirmed what else he was going to do (clean the evaporator coils, fog the ducts, and install the float switch).
