I brought my laptop in with a busted screen 5 minutes until closing time on Saturday, they took it back to get the number needed to order the new screen, ended up staying open a little later. Dropped off the laptop Tuesday around noon and picked it up a few hours later. It works and looks great. I had a great experience.
