Our car needed front end suspension repairs and Brian and the others at Sun Auto did a great job. The hardest part was working with the insurance company and getting hard to find parts. It took what seemed like a long time but not because of Sun Auto. Brian kept at the job and kept us informed at every step. I thought Sun Auto was for tires and oil changes but learned that they do more. I will use Sun Auto on West Lake Houston Parkway for both my vehicle needs and highly recommend this business.
Trying to find a new auto shop is as stressful as finding a new doctor you can trust. This location has won me over. So far I have found them to be quite attentive and very thorough. They will perform diagnostics and review everything that is necessary with upfront pricing. If this keeps up, they have a new customer for life.
Sun Auto Tire & Service is certainly not like any other auto repair places that you’ve dealt with in the past. And I mean that in a very good way. They are very attuned to customer needs and they take action to make it happen. I’ve found them to be highly professional, competitively priced, and their work is top quality. If you’re looking for a “go to” shop for anything that comes up, it should be this shop.
