I had an issue with my Navien tankless hot water heater where I wasn’t getting hot water. I submitted an online service request and heard back from Alonzo in less than two hours. He was able to fit me in as his first call the very next day, which I really appreciated.
Alonzo quickly suspected what the issue might be and worked directly with Navien to troubleshoot the problem and ensure my warranty remained intact. He efficiently identified and fixed the root cause. While he was there, he also discovered an issue with the exhaust vent, repaired it, and took the time to explain proper maintenance and things to watch for in the future.
