He has always been available to take or return my phone call and has helped us mitigate several problems over the phone. We have been successfully twice now in getting our AC up and running with clear verbal instructions. If Craig is booked he's definitely worth the wait. Ainsworth Cooling and Heating designed and installed a new and somewhat complex multi zone (upstairs and downstairs) HVAC system, using a single variable speed compressor unit in our home as part of a remodeling project in 2016 and we have been with them ever since. Craig has installed all of the a.c. Units in this 103 year old house. He installed the first units in 1980, and the current hvac system he installed in 2010 after my wife and I bought the house. He installed the system within budget and on time.
After 15 years of almost service, it is time for new units which Craig will be installing soon.
