I walked in asking some questions for my mother in law on thursday to see information about what massage envy offers, and the office girl Sarah was so nice and informative! I was looking for a spa place and checked the reviews for this and I’m not sure what the other woman had happen but it doesn’t sound like any kind of experience you’d have with this front desk girl Sarah. I’m considering having my mother in law come in and sign up to try out their program, and I felt very comfortable and not at all rushed or uninformed when I left. She gave me a brochure that I’ll be looking over with my husband. I don’t ever do reviews but she was so nice and helpful, I felt I had to say something”
