Wonderful service, great folks. I walked in asking some questions for my mother in law on thursday to see information about what massage envy offers, and the office girl Sarah was so nice and informative! I was looking for a spa place and checked the reviews for this and I’m not sure what the other woman had happen but it doesn’t sound like any kind of experience you’d have with this front desk girl Sarah. I’m considering having my mother in law come in and sign up to try out their program, and I felt very comfortable and not at all rushed or uninformed when I left. I started my search for the perfect therapist for me. I found 4 so far. Today Amber released my neck that have not happened in long time. The ease I feel now made me reach for the phone and write this review. Great customer service and I love notifications about last minute openings. Thanks!

Realizing a lot of massage places prefer that you make an appointment, I decided to take me chances and walked into this location mid-day during the week. I've always been someone who thought the more the pressure the better. I decided to go with the experts recommendation after describing what I needed as being "something relaxing". Chuck was amazing! All of the staff was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed I signed up for their 12-month wellness massage program so I'll definitely be going back... at least once a month.
