I have been in and out of this hospital at least 8 times over the last week. The staff (vets, techs, and receptionists) are truly great. This hospital is very knowledgeable, and will do anything to make sure I am informed and know the treatment my cat is getting.
My cat has received the best care possible. I know I am leaving him in the hands of caring an kind individuals. The staff here bend over backwards to ensure I know my cat will be okay. They are very empathetic and understanding. Not to mention that anytime I called to check in on my cat (which was a lot lol) the phone was answered promptly and I was reassured/updated on how my cat was doing.
The thing that makes this hospital very special and shows how committed they are to providing the best care possible is the care my cat received extended beyond his hospital stay. Anytime I had a question/concern about my cat I could call and talk to a doctor or tech to tell me what I needed to do.
Thanks to I 20 Animal Hospital my cat and I now have peace of mind as he’s on his road to recovery!
I will definitely be using I 20 Animal Hospital in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about I-20 Animal Hospital and Dr. Lengyel. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this clinic truly cares about both pets and their people.
Dr. Lengyel cared for my cats, Ooskie and Lexie, with incredible knowledge, patience, and compassion. When the time came to say goodbye to Ooskie, Dr. Lengyel was exceptionally kind, gentle, and respectful. She took the time to explain everything, answered every question with honesty and empathy, and made one of the hardest moments of my life a little more bearable. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or alone in that decision.
The entire staff showed the same level of compassion—treating Ooskie with dignity and offering genuine kindness and support during a heartbreaking time. That level of care is something I will never forget.
Lexie continues to receive wonderful care here, and I trust Dr. Lengyel completely with her health. If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic that combines medical expertise with true empathy—especially during end-of-life care—I cannot recommend I-20 Animal Hospital highly enough. I will always be grateful for the compassion they showed us when it mattered most.

Had a minor emergency for my dog Juno and found them online. The staff was friendly and the service was quick and amazing! And to mention the price was an extremely reasonable for an emergency visit! I hope I don’t have to have another emergency visit for my dog but it I do I would definitely go back! Highly recommend

I have a 17 month old poodle diagnosed with Addison's disease (rare), Addisonian Crisis I20 Animal Clinic saved my little girl. Im grateful they have the experience in treating her and keeping her well. The care is exceptional

Frankie had to have a C-section to save her and her puppies. They took good care of Frankie and were quick about it. I’ve had great experiences with the whole staff at this operation on my 2 occasions.
