Very friendly. I have brought a car that my dealer said needed "this or that" and they will shoot me straight, which is to say, Zografos will say you don't need "this or that".

Jimmy has been taking our family's cars to Zografos for over 6 years and all repairs, big and small, and kept our cars good-as-new. Also have all the tools/technology to work on all foreign car brands - don't waste your time and money getting ripped off at a "BMW Specialist" shop.
