Our experience at the ZaSpa was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay at Hotel Zaza. Opting for the 90-minute "Two's a Party" couple massage, my wife and I were guided to separate locker rooms and invited to change into comfortable robes and slippers. The exceptionally soft robes set the tone for a relaxing experience. After changing, we were led to a lounge where we awaited our appointment. Gigi at reception was extremely kind, she ensured we had everything we needed and made sure my best friend felt special on her birthday.Martha, was the most amazing message specialist I’ve ever had. She was kind, professional, and just made me feel extremely relaxed even when I felt I was incapable (I stress almost every hour of every day). I wish I booked my appointment longer.We enjoyed the pool and cabana afterwards. I am extremely satisfied with the service here and I can’t wait to come back!

As soon as I walked in, they poured me a glass of champagne for my birthday! The customer service was great! My massage was great! Maria took care of all my needs. When your done your massage they also have saunas and rooms to rest with snacks and tea.
