The cleaners did a job I am giving a C grade, but my rating is for the customer service. Many areas were missed and I didn't have time to sit around and wait for them to return another day. I received an email to get $50 off a deep cleaning. Once the service was completed and I saw the charge on my statement the total was WAY more than I expected. I called over the weekend and received a follow up call on Monday. The lady called me then put me on hold for too long, so I hung up. When I finally was able to speak to her she said sorry I had you on hold for a while I was looking up your account. My question is why font would have the information in front of you when you are calling me. Anyway, she stated she forgot to place the discount and I would get a refund. Then she stated the cleaners were actually there longer but we didn't charge you the extra minutes. Mind you, I had a 3 hour cap, they were late and only here 2 hrs 55 min. The supposed policy is if they are going over the cap time I would receive a call to see if I wanted to continue. Needless to say I never received a call because they did not go over. When I stated the cleaners' start and stop time the lady just says okay well we refunded your $50. Once I was off the call I received a receipt. They knew what they were doing. Why did it take so long god jto receive a receipt?

They did an amazing deep cleaning job this week. I had no idea how much dust there was around - they cleaned all the baseboards, blinds, window ledges, windows and appliances on top of furniture, countertops and floors.

I just had a horrible experience with this company. I live in a 900 sq ft apartment and I had 2 ladies here last week to clean for 2 hours and I was charged $281! Apparently, I did not hear correctly but a co representative told me that they charge $130 an hour! This is outrageous and I would not recommend this company at all

Do NOT hire this maid service company!. I was charged $422 for a deep clean, and I can not begin to detect nor can I comprehend what had truly been cleaned other than the floors. The maids that arrived were unorganized and moved extremely slow to clean the entire house. I believed they moved slowly and unmethodical because the services are based on a hourly rate. What should have taken 2 hours took 3 hours maybe longer for these ladies to complete. I would highly suggest seeking other maid service companies within the Houston area before hiring You got Maids. I honestly feel like I just got ripped!! $422!!!! I don't see $422 worth of maid service I am being honest and sincere when I say this. Save your hard earned money and give it to a better maid service.

High quality service- furniture is moved to properly clean the space. I was impressed by the job that was done. Staff was communicative. Management staff had excellent follow up to ensure job met expectations. I have worked with this service several times and have recommended several friends who have also been pleased.
