I Will NEVER do business with these unprofessional people again. Despite paying in full the male counterpart could not locate several of my garments. I returned the following week only to encounter him again and he had the audacity to yell at me after refusing to look for my missing items. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for the loss of my 3 designer dresses!

Very friendly woman running the store. Always has comments regarding type of cleaning needed if badly soiled. Laundry always ready for pickup as told. Have been going there for 25 years.

I have been going to this location for several years, probably well over 10 years or so. I've had a couple missing items over the years but nothing we could really prove and the service was decent so we kept going. I recently found a shirt that was damaged, it was a pearl snap shirt and the cuff buttons melted the same size hole on the other side of the sleeve were it was laid flat and pressed. The heat was so hot it melted holes in both sleeves. I took it back to them and was told the owner would look at it and call me with a resolution. I never got that call so I called them back. I was then told the owner did look at it and said the cleaning on that shirt occurred two years ago and they were not responsible any longer. I haven't even owned the shirt that long but that's the reason I was denied a replacement or full reimbursement. I was told the best they would do is 10X the $1.38 cleaning fee. So after 10 years of business with this company my loyalty is rewarded with $14.00 to replace a shirt they clearly damaged. Even the clerk knew they damaged it as it's plainly obvious. She can take her $14.00 and stick it where the sun don't shine. So before you decide to use this company just know they don't give a flying crap about your business or you as a customer. You should also compare prices as they have gone up two or three times and are now one of the most expensive cleaners around our area. There are lot's of cleaners out there to choose from and I certainly don't recommend this business nor will they ever see another cent from me. I too will be sure to tell all my friends and neighbors so they will know as well. By looking at the two star rating prior to my review apparently their are others that feel the same way. You've been warned.
