We had such a great experience with Just Air! From the very beginning, they were upfront, honest, and incredibly affordable compared to other companies we called. The technician took the time to carefully go through everything, found all of the issues we were having, and actually explained them in a way that made sense. What I really appreciated is that they gave us clear options instead of just pushing the most expensive fix. Darrion was the tech who did our repairs. He was very thorough and professional. All of the employees I have spoken with were all very friendly and make you feel valued. I would highly recommend Darrion to anyone.

Our Nest Thermostat kept saying "Cooling starting soon" but never actually started cooling down. We called Your Air Conditioning Company to come out and address the problem. Jarrett was dispatched over to our place and spent a few hours diagnosing the mystery problem and starting the repair. It ended up being two separate power supply issues that needed to be addressed (probably some form of power surge that knocked them both out.) He came back the next morning with the new part in hand and got us taken care of.
