Y6 Heights is a really great place to practice. The front desk is also nice and accommodating. Gloria, the manager, is always helpful. The place is clean and has a chill vibe. This is the only place I have been but find all of the instructors to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I will say that Nash is next level. I would recommend Y6 to anyone.

Great location! Attending Nash’s yoga classes has made it a fantastic experience at YogaSix! I love how she pushes you to explore your abilities in the poses! I always feel so good after taking a class. I also love the workshops they offer! Great atmosphere!

Y6 Heights location is awesome! This location in particular offers a variety of workshops in addition to the core classes. My favorite instructor is Nashly! Whether it’s a workshop or class I’m sure to learn something new. Nash teaches so clear and concise you can take her class with your eyes closed. I am truly a stronger yogi because of it. My practice is better on and off the mat. The studio always has the cutest clothes too. The studio is clean and the staff is friendly. Do yourself a favor and take a class with Nash F.
