Great studio with a unique variety of classes offered. Working off traditional heated flow classes, Sculpt & Flow adds creative bodyweight and dumbbell HIIT movements. Slow Flow has been a great opportunity to focus on my flexibility and headspace. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Looking forward to trying out the classes I haven't made it to yet.
Love this studio. The staff is friendly and always responsive. Judith's Power Flow will challenge you in every way and Amber's Sculpt & Flow class will change your outlook on just how strong you really are.
I did the candle light restore class today and it was very relaxing. Loved the lavender class experience. Been wanting to try it for a while and finally had a break in my schedule from activities for 3 kids to enjoy a peaceful stretch.
