Their working process is unprofessional, irresponsible, and behind schedule, even though I proactively contacted them via phone and email, provided all necessary documents, and followed up multiple times. Their attitude is unhelpful, condescending, and bureaucratic. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had.

This was our first and definitely last time using this tax service. My friend was referred here by a friend and told her taxes would be completed within a day. Instead, she waited three days, during which she called, texted, and emailed dozens of times, trying to get any response. Most of the time, no one picked up. When they finally did, they promised to send her paperwork “within the hour”, yet nothing came. No follow-up, no explanation. Just silence.
