I visited the store for the first time. I was greeted by Misha, she assisted me and made me feel like I was shopping with family. I will definitely shop there again. Such a great experience. Thanks to Misha you have a new loyal customer.

I have been a patron of this beauty supply store for over 20 years. The original owner retired and I found out that the new owners are Hispanic. I don't have a problem with that however the cashier didn't understand English and she is ill informed about African American hair needs. I went back to the store 2 days later, and Ms. Misha was there. When I asked about an exchanged she informed me that the lady was texting her about my concerns earlier. If you are going to be in our neighborhood and targeting Black clients, u need someone that understands English and our culture.
