This is the fourth roofing installation that my husband and I have had done by Wells and Sons on separate properties over the past 35 years. Their services are excellent from start to finish! The company, workers and owners included, have been nothing less than professional with my and property. I’ve had the company come out for minor jobs and their attention to detail is incredible. They’ve explained the work that needed to be done after surveying the roof and shared my available options. The invoice was accurate and I did not experience any upselling of unnecessary services or items. I will need a complete roof replacement in the next 3 years and WSR is getting my business, no additional bids needed based on prior work and experience with them. Professionalism, price and great work from WSR!
