Customer service is poor. Tech came out and did a half ass job with minimum coverage. Within 20 days we were already seeing the pest again. Called back to get help with the issue as they offer a "30 day guarantee." Was told the package I paid for doesn't cover my issues and I get what I paid for. Before signing up, I stated my pest concerns wanting coverage on those things. Very frustrating. When deciding to cancel service with them, I was hung up on by Lisa before confirming my account had been canceled. Would not recommend this company!

New Service Agent Alex was attentive, patient going beyond basic service to bait and set rat traps in my attic. It was a grand positive experience

Unfortunately, I cannot give this company more than 1 star. We are new customers and our initial service was scheduled for today (7/18). Once Paul, our technician arrived, the price to refill our In2Care mosquito pots and to complete bug and insect extermination changed. The price increased from the rate quoted over the phone without explanation. Paul our technician apologized and offered to contact the office to clear up the discrepancy. Misty answered and she was also apologetic and understanding. Misty escalated the call to Christy, the Office Manager and the tone of our call abruptly changed.
