It was actually my first time going to this vet because I wanted to get my dog vaccinated since I had recently gotten him, and I also wanted to check if he had parasites or anything like that. He was already vaccinated, but I didn't trust the previous vet. When I arrived, I chose a package that included a consultation, several vaccinations, and deworming. When I went in, the doctor only told me that my dog had dirty ears. He drew blood, supposedly to check for parasites, but he didn't tell me anything else. They vaccinated him, and that was it. The doctor didn't even tell me if my puppy was okay. The consultation lasted no more than 5 minutes…I added that I also told them I went there because my dog had an unpleasant odor in his fur that wouldn't go away even after bathing him. They never gave me an answer about this, they never said anything. The doctor simply said his ears were dirty, they vaccinated him, and that was it. They didn't explain absolutely anything to me.

They break costs down for you and do them a la cart which can be cost saving for many. They were lovely and efficient. Miss Kitty is doing great!

Dr is good but his help is untrained, uncaring and irresponsible. I almost lost my baby because they didn't return 3 call backs after my visit. The excuses were I wasn't working that day and the doctor didn't have my number.

I dropped my kitten off to be spayed under the impression that it was going to be $115. When I got there, the man at the desk said it was $130 for the surgery and an additional $30 for the anesthesia wellness check. The paper with their pricing was right in front of me and it said $115 for the surgery. I ended up having to pay $170 total. I understand the pricing changed, however it’s still being advertised for $115. And I came in ready to pay $115, not $170

Been taking my pets and my mom’s pets here for awhile now whether it be an exam, neuter or recently Oreo her overweight tuxedo cat had a life threatening blockage and could not urinate. He is alive now thanks to the team!

When it comes to customer service and kindness to my furbaby,I give them a 4..But lack a star in their flexible payment options;I was having issues getting my payment to go through because money was tight..The Vet actually acted like it was checking other things when actually he was trying to check how I was trying to pay..How rude and invasive. Not cool.
