I have no idea who answered the phone but I had the nicest lady assist me with my issue. I had livestock, that was like a family pet, die. I needed help with disposal. The lady spent the time to direct me to the right location and was compassionate about my loss. I never expected such kindness. Thanks Waste Management!! Y’all have some super stars.

I had a good experience, the clerk was nice and helpful. I dumped a 6.5' truck bed full of concrete, morter, tile and sheetrock for $117.49 which i feel is a fair price.Thank you, i will return.

Watch out for overage charges and if ur neighbor has a WM container. It's a nightmare, bc they use satellite to pin point whose trashcan it is. But that has a glitch and charges me for my neighbors can.
