He introduced himself with a smile stated he was here for our monthly services and properly asked were there any concerns that are to be addressed He was professional, polite and we were pleased 😀
We are new customers to White Knight. Cody was very good at explaining what we would do during the service. At the end of service he explained what he was not able to do and that he would add notes to catch these things on next service. Cody was friendly and polite. Everything was great!
It was my first time hiring a pest control company, and these guys made it so easy. Naz was super professional and walked me through everything to help me get started. The next day, Justin came by and sprayed the whole house inside and out, and even checked out the attic. Both Naz and Justin were so kind and clearly know their stuff. They explained everything in detail, and I'm really happy with the service!
