We took our pup here due to an injury. We did have to wait a couple of hours, but it was due to there being more severe injuries that they had to tend to first. I appreciated the fact that they came in frequently to update us on the wait. We spent the majority of our time in the evaluation room, so I didn’t have to stress about being in the waiting room with other pets. My pup was able to relax off leash during that time. We had X-rays and were prescribed medicine. I did pay a $250 deposit that went towards that, and did not have to pay too much more. I’ve consistently received excellent care here for both my dog and my cats. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, compassionate, and always take the time to answer questions. While their prices may not be the lowest in town, they are very fair for the quality of care provided, and the team is always transparent about costs. I’ve had to bring my pets in for both urgent and emergency visits, and each time they were handled with professionalism, clear communication, and a realistic, transparent approach to diagnoses, treatment options, and pricing.

Dr. Cooper is the best! So knowledgeable and personable. He walked us through everything that was going on with our pup and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I feel confident bringing our dogs here for the best care.
