West Vision exemplifies excellent customer service and professionalism. My family and I have been going here for several years. Dr. Mai is very patient and kind with her patients. She does not rush you through the process and provides the opportunity for you to get undivided focus and attention. Her staff is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend West Vision!
My family and I have been going here for about 6-7 years. Dr. Mai is great! She is very good with both adults and kids and she spends a lot of time with her patients. We never feel rushed with our appointments. The staff members are also friendly. There is also a very nice collection of frames to choose from.
I have been going to west vision for many years. Dr Mai and staff are great They are professional and accommodating. I had to move to San Antonio for work but I still use west vision for my eye care and contacts/glasses. I have recommended family and friends to west vision as well.
