I’ve seen Dr. Long only twice for my neck and shoulder pain and already feel about 80% better. She is exceptional and thorough, taking the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and develop an effective treatment plan. In addition to adjustments, her recommendation of a 30-day anti-inflammatory diet, along with targeted exercises, has significantly improved my tendonitis. Her practice truly lives up to its name — West University Wellness.

I’m 22 weeks pregnant and recently had a prenatal massage with Stephanie Neal. I’ve had prenatal massages before, but nothing compared to this experience. Stephanie is incredibly talented, detailed, and has such a sweet, kind energy. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and the attention she gave to my shoulders and back felt amazing. She also really helped relieve the round ligament tightness I’ve been feeling in my thighs and hips.
If I can manage, I’d love to see her every week or at least every other week. Especially leading up to giving birth. I’m so thankful a friend referred me to her because I slept so well afterwards and feel great. Truly an amazing experience!

Visited Dr. Caroline Long after an OB recommended her for chiropractic labor prep. Excellent experience. She is competent, thorough, and an excellent communicator. I felt like I knew what she was doing and why at every step. I will be going back for future visits.

Hi had a massage with Stephanie. Don’t let her petite size fool you. She is amazing. She has gifted hands and will help you work out any muscle tightness you are experiencing.

I absolutely loved my first time coming to this office for a prenatal chiropractic visit! The staff is very nice and welcoming. The ambiance of the waiting room is very calming and I love their decor. They have soft spa music playing and a tea station.
One of the staff members took me into a room to do a few intake tests. I changed into a gown and she provided privacy while I did so. She tested my back with these probes to see where I had inflammation and did a stress response test.
Then I was taken to another exam room to see Dr. Burk. She is very energetic and explains things well in detail. She asked me a few background questions first about my medical history, any past injuries and previous chiropractic history. I showed her a few reports of prior imaging that I've had done before. After that we did my adjustments and she explained along the way what she saw and what the treatment was that she was doing. She accommodated my belly with a special pillow so that I could lie flat face down for my back adjustment and protect baby. She used a certain equipment that let her adjust my spine without putting that much pressure. My primary reason for coming was to have better hip alignment to prepare me for delivery in a few months.
Overall I really enjoyed my first visit here. I'll have to see how my body adjustments do to say how often I will come.
They do not take insurance, so everything is self-pay but it was worth it. The first exam is always going to be the most expensive and the subsequent visits will be a little cheaper. They do offer prenatal massages here as well, but IMO a little too pricey.

BEST place for pre-, post- natal and pregnancy massages! Angie is an angel and I have been going to her during all 3 pregnancies and continuing post partum. She will do labor prep massages and also postpartum work as well.
The best part is you can lay face down during massages at 9 months pregnant with their new pregnancy pillow!
