Based on the reviews, Waxxpot Houston Heights has fantastic staff including Monica, Alexis, Bailey, and Jade. Monica is fantastic, very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, warm, efficient, and makes a possibly painful experience completely painless. Alexis is truly the best, professional, quick, detail-oriented, and makes every appointment comfortable and enjoyable. Bailey is friendly and kept a client distracted and entertained. Jade is professional, amazing, patient, and calming for anxious clients. The service is quick, smooth, consistent, and long-lasting. The place is always professional.
Monica did a great job on my eyebrows!! I just moved to the city and already found my new brow girl on the first try!!! 😆 They also have lots of specials! My first brow wax was free!!
They were awesome and very accommodating. My daughter and myself got stuck in stupid Htown traffic and were late for our appointments. The girl at the front desk moved us around and we were able to still get waxed close to the original time. Yazmin did a fantastic job on my Brazilian V wax. It was my first time and she did a great job and did not cause any pain. Thank you so much. 💕💕💕
