If you have never been to a Warby Parker store in search of your new pair of glasses you should at least give them a try. Very knowledgeable... extremely consumer friendly...a helpful staff with a wide variety of frames to pick from. Glasses are expensive. WB is reasonable.

Had a great experience here. I was worried about hard selling for contacts or glasses because that is pretty common. But they were friendly and flexible, and I didn’t get a hard sell. I ended up getting glasses and contacts, and I’m really pleased with this Warby store. I’ll be back!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Staff was professional and knowledgeable about my needs. No pressure to upsell anything, but did explain all of my options. I did choose the Precision Progressives with Transitions XTRActive lenses. I am anxiously awaiting my new glasses.

I went to WP after looking for new frames for my prescription glasses for some time. I asked the saleslady for a suggestion...she asked a few questions and her first suggestion was spot on. I mean absolutely spot on! She checked my insurance coverage during the checkout process, fit my new glasses and I was out the door. I can not speak highly enough of my saleslady-friendly, knowledgeable, very clear about pricing and options. Really just top notch! As much as it was WP that I was impressed with it was the employee that truly made it an outstanding experience!

This is my favorite Warby Parker location! Everyone at the Highland Village store is so professional, friendly, and helpful. Even when the store is packed, they somehow manage to provide excellent service to every customer without making anyone feel rushed. They are all very knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Every visit has been a great experience, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers.
