Teresa Rodriguez is the absolute best. She understands hair types and textures and will give you the best cut for your type hair, as well as take the time to get it the way you want. Skilled and helpful.
Evelyn Nova for hair color. She gave me highlights and (years later) lowlights to blend with the silver taking over my hair. I only had color once or twice a year, and never wanted to deal with roots as color grew out. She accommodated that request perfectly.
I’ve been going to this location for years, Elizabeth my Master Colorist is the best. She is the only person I trust with my hair color, as a original brunette it’s difficult to find someone skilled enough to give and maintain the blonde highlights. My hair always looks great after seeing her. She is professional, knowledgeable, & skilled; she will always guide you to select the color for the best outcome.
***UPDATE*** i just want to thank the team at Visible Changes for reaching out to me immediately to redo my hair. I was given a whole different stylist and she was amazing and gave me the best service. I appreciate the immediate response and will continue being a customer here! Thank you!
I am a little disappointed in my visit yesterday. My hair was done by Thy. I wanted my grays covered up, and once I got home and blow dried my hair, I was left with patches all throughout my hair. It was a tier one stylist but that does not make it okay to do a tier one hair dye. I still tipped 20% so in total I feel as if I kind of wasted $75.
