Their info shows Houston and surrounding areas, but I guess they don’t have a big range because they don’t come to our suburb of Houston :(

I tried to use the service made an appointment they didn’t show. I called them and their employee said she would call me back after she found out where the service tech was but I never heard back from her. I hate to post a poor review but I have one day off a week that I can take service calls and I’m disappointed. I will be calling another company.

Fantastic service. I am a person who has crafty hands. Most cases I fix any slight appliances issues. But this situation is different. I couldn't fix the washer, spent much time on it but they fix my washer within 15 minutes. Thanks so much.
