Last year I took my baby Mikey there he was having bad seizures he wasn’t even 2 months old. He was taken by the staff to the back. After the Dr spoke to us and discussed the options and the quality of life he was going to go through, we unfortunately decided we to put him to sleep. Explained the process of going through the procedure and gave us the time needed to spend with him. We decided to cremate him and showed us the memorial book. They were very nice and professional until the last minute we were there. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Our dog pumpkin ate half a corn cob and we rushed her to VERGI. The staff was very friendly and acted quickly to get our pet checked out. They induced vomiting and were successful at getting the corn cob out. I cannot thank you enough for saving our pet’s life ❤️ We had a pleasant experience and can’t say enough good things about this place
There are truly no words to fully express the deep gratitude I have for the team at Vergi. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest things a person can go through, and yet somehow, the compassion, gentleness, and grace shown by every single person there helped carry me through one of the most painful moments of my life. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me — and my sweet Turtle girl — with so much love and respect. They honored the bond we shared, never rushed us, and made sure we had all the time, space, and support we needed. The doctor was incredibly kind and tender, explaining everything with such clarity and empathy, and you could feel that this isn't just a job for him — it is a calling. Their kindness wrapped around me like a warm blanket on a cold day, and it made all the difference. I will never forget the gentle way they treated my baby in her final moments, with dignity, peace, and care. It meant the world to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your compassion was a light in the darkest moment, and I am forever grateful.
