I’m a watch guy & have purchased online & through a jewelry store (Van’s for my last 2). I’m just giving my honest opinion, there’s NO comparison! You get knowledge & expertise from the store that you just can’t get through a computer. I’ve changed my mind completely on my purchase twice now because of the information I received from Paul at Van’s. If you’re interested in purchasing any kind of jewelry, I highly recommend you check Van’s out & go in & ask some questions. You’ll be surprised at how much info you don’t know, or how much information they do know about jewelry. Why Van’s over another jewelry store? I’ll tell you exactly why…..because Van’s is a family business & they’re in the jewelry business because it’s their passion. When it’s someone’s passion you get the best of everything. Plain & simple. When I make what I consider an important purchase I got questions & want to make sure I make the right decision. Paul, at Van’s, helps me do that every time. I don’t want to wait & worry if jewelry purchased online is going to look & fit right or even be delivered correctly. I want that personal touch from a jewelry expert. Sorry so long but this is my honest opinion and review.
We are so lucky to have such experienced and trustworthy jewelers in Corsicana! They have helped me several times over the years, but recently I was able to upgrade my ring guards for my 25th Anniversary. Yen helped me so much pick the ones that were right for me and my solitaire. I really appreciate her honesty and friendliness! Paul is also such a help. He helped size a ring for us a few years ago. Van’s thank you so much!
