Great massage! She really knows what she’s doing, and I felt very relaxed - it was my first massage. While she was working on my arm, I mentioned that I’ve been having a little bit of pain when I move it a certain way (not because of the massage). She made she her pressure was comfortable for me, and then she explained some ways I could stretch my arm. She was very kind and helpful.
The pressure during the massage was perfect. I left feeling refreshed, loose, and honestly so much better.
