I've very much enjoyed the providers ive seen. However I have had appointments changed without notice or confirmation. I now have to drive an hour for an appointment that was originally 20 minuets away due to someone messing up my scheduling, and when i called and spoke to the scheduling department to get it changed the woman I spoke with was very rude. This is the second time its happened in the last month, even after I have given my availability.
