Had a great experience at URBN Dental Heights! Everyone was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, the X-ray process was quick and easy, and the dental hygienist did an excellent job. The dentist was also fantastic—professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend URBN Dental Heights!
SO happy I chose URBN Dental and Dr. Chae as my dentist. She is so patient and understanding. I had a bad experience with another practice, but Dr. Chae and her team changed how I feel about appointments again. I can't recommend them enough!!
As a new patient here I had a positive first experience. Joanna the assistant was friendly and patient throughout my X-rays and taking photos of my teeth. My hygienist Kim was thorough and gentle during my cleaning, she was also great to talk too! I will continue my future appts at this location for my routine dental cleanings and exams.
