Showed up for a 10:30 lymphatic drainage massage today with Catherine, but no one was there and the door was locked. I called 3 times and phone went straight to voicemail. I’m 3 weeks postOp and getting ghosted like this really messed up my week and wasted my time. Parking is also at the mercy of the upper Kirby apartments visitor availability and there was none available at first so I had to circle many times. Waste of time.

I booked an Ashiatsu Massage for 4:00 pm on Thursday, September 8. I showed up about 10 minutes early and the door was locked. At 4:00 pm, the door is still locked, so I called the number on the website. It goes straight voicemail and I left a message wondering where they were. I did this for four (4) more times, each with the same result as the first. So I left. I'm glad they did not charge my credit card b/c I would've been pissed. Later that night I received a phone call from some lady apologizing for the mix up and didn't know why their phone lines were messed up.
