I had a great experience with Uptown Appliance Repair. They were able to schedule the diagnostic visit and subsequent repair very quickly. Alberto was very efficient and knowledgeable. He answered several questions I had regarding ongoing operation and best practices with my washing machine. I had a 15 year old LG washer that leaked and needed a new detergent dispenser and hot water valve. It had been an excellent appliance and I preferred to repair vs. replace.
