While the MRI tech was amazing their front office staff and cleanliness of their waiting room was terrible.

If I could give the a zero I would. First appointment cancelled as the didn't call the insurance company for approval. Second appointment was told to be to the office at 7:45am. Showed up no one there until 8:05am. They are supposed to open at 8 so late employees. Next brought back to do the MRI and the tech tells me the don't have the person to do the contrast. It was like he was asking me am I comfortable not having someone experienced and qualified do the injection. Told me he didn't know why they scheduled me and did I want to do the MRI without contrast. Really? I'm not the doctor that ordered the MRI, how should I know. I went in for an open mri this was a piece of cake ,the staff were so helpful and made me feel comfy Which made the process da pretty cool experience .I will recommend Upright anytime someone needs an mri and hates to go in the tube
