I was definitely not disappointed coming here. I was scared to do a body wave perm and I'm glad I did it with Michelle. She walked me through the process and told me what to expect.
Michelle asked what my vision was and tweaked it with the realities of perm longevity. My hair is super straight, thick Asian hair and not fun to work with. She was very patient and explained the methods to better suit my hair.
I'll definitely return for maintenance and a trim.
