This is by far the absolute best Homehealth therapy company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They don’t just Promise you they are going to deliver something. They actually follow through with it. The team that run the office are amazing, and their therapists are even more hands on. They truly write individualized plan of cares , tailored for the patient’s needs. I highly recommend them to any family in any condition, needing any type of Home Health Therapy Services. They are my number one go to for anyone I am talking to you in the community and any type of situation that would benefit!
Started with Universal Rehab about 6 months ago for in-home occupational therapy after my surgery and I’m so glad I picked them. The therapist is professional but also just a really kind person, makes the sessions something I look forward to instead of dread. Scheduling has been easy, and really everything has been easy, no surprises. I love them and recommend their team!
Cannot say enough good things about Universal Rehab! My mom has been getting PT and OT through them at home for about 8 months now and the difference is night and day. Her therapist actually listens to her, doesn't rush, and pushes her just enough. Before this we tried two other companies and it was a nightmare, no shows, constant turnover. Universal has been so consistent. If anyone in Houston is looking for in-home therapy, just call them. I definitely recommend them!
