Sydney and Dede were so helpful and sweet!!!!! I’m a beginner with makeup and they were so patient this will be my home Ulta. Please give the staff here your support they really try to help you and find things within your budget.

I went into Ulta and I could not find any of the items that I needed, but Sam was able to stop what she was doing and help me find every single item that I need is for an order that I would fill. I do appreciate her time and dedication. She went above and beyond.

The beginning of my visit was great- I received help from a Morphe Rep named Marc and he was AMAZING. He gave me great advice on brushes and even stepped to the back to grab me an item.
The experience soured when I made it to the register. I believe a Tiffany helped me- she was so distracted she didn’t realize that i paid, sent my email receipt, and finished my transaction. She even told me to start over- if i hadn’t shown her my email receipt she was going to try and double charge me. Either way the store itself was fine but maybe some cashier training would help for future interactions.
