Zihkeha was friendly, sweet, and very patient. She made me feel like a VIP even though I wasn't buying anything that day. This is the best service I've ever received at an Ulta and I can't wait to go back!

They had everything I was went in to get. Some were new products I had seen and wanted to try out but no one ever approached me about helping me out -good thing I found them myself. And there were plenty of employees that just looked my way but never offered to help.
