This was my first time experiencing the salon part of Ulta since moving into the neighborhood and away from my usual stylist. I had an appointment with Andrea Martinez, who was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. She always asked if I was okay, and for clarification before doing anything to my hair. I got a haircut, deep conditioning, scalp treatment, and a blowout. I left feeling so pampered and pretty. I will be seeing her again when the time comes. Thank you, Andrea!

The concealer i usually get was sold out. Which was fine since i was open to try out a new brand. I couldnt find anyone to assist me, no one asked if I needed help. I finally requested some assistance when I saw someone, and they paired me with an employee. If I am asking an employee for make up recommendations at ULTA, i expect them to speak from experience. No. I told the employee my wants and needs from a concealer (neutral, fine lines), she decided to pull out her phone and ask CHAT GPT. Something i could do myself. The shade she tried to recommend was too warm. Maybe she was new, but asking chat gpt was not professional. I dont think i was asking for a niche concealer....read full review

I popped in to get my online order and Andy helped me. They welcomed me warmly. They were caring and knowledgeable about products and available sales. Highly recommended this location for their caring staff.
