Dr Varra didn’t review my chart or even want to listen to me. He spent all of 5 min with me but got my $50 copay. He will “work” with my other doctors to help me. What a waste of a day.

My experience @ U.S. Dermatology Partners Houston Clear Lake was great. I was taken to a treatment room actually earlier than my appointment time. Dr. K. visited with me after a few minutes, took care of some problems, and I was on my way. Perfect visit!

Dr. Chang has been taking care of me for years - since my previous dermatologist retired. She always looks me over carefully to spot any impending problems as well as listening and investigating growth issues that have arisen of which I'm aware so she can check them out. She just did that again. Big help!

Specifically, Dr Chang's medical service was outstanding.
However, the office aspect was definitely less than expected. My appointment (for Monday 11-03-25) was made about 4 months in advance, but the office/desk staff waited until (Friday 10-31-25) only leaving a voice mail in need of a document in which I faxed minutes after hearing the VM. Go in for the appointment, and they need some sort of different document. Front desk/management treatment was horrid. Far as I know, it is still an open issue.
NOTE: the low 2☆ ONLY is, as such, due to the office treatment.
Otherwise, Dr. Chang's services did earn a 5 ☆.

Dr. Chang remembered who I am even though it was several years ago when she last me. I was treated with congenial professionalism which is rare. Her whole staff was efficient and friendly. It was a good visit.
