I have a contract with Tucasarealty for property tenant management on a house rental in Houston. They have been very reactive and reliable throughout the year. The tenants can put a request online on a dedicated portal or by phone and Tucasa contacts me to validate interventions.
They send help to the tenants as soon as the green light is given and take care of everything from coordinating repairs to purchasing items.
It is a huge peace of mind for me knowing they are on top of everything since I live abroad.
