Dr. McCain is the best - my daughter and I both go there - she is honest, direct, and listens to you. We love everyone in that office - the front office staff, the nurses, everyone knows us and calls us by name, and treats us respectfully. I can't give a high enough review. Fantastic people.

The MD don't try to see what's wrong with you, she assume what she think is best. Give me a shot, it's other ways to help patients. Her license needs to be revoked.

I purchased a health insurance and I was told it will be accepted by Kelsey Bold. However, next day I called my Kelsey Bold clinic and found out that they don not belong to any medical health network. And the services they offer is not accepted by Kelsey. Immediately, I called and canceled my policy, but my $238.28 monthly charge was not credited back to me. Their practice is fraudulent. Just be aware.

I have seen Dr.Mcain since she opened. I have never once had an issue with her or her staff. If she ever moves , I will move with her. She listens and has always went above and beyond for me and my family. Also to add. Her office is extremely clean. From the reception area, rooms and the bathrooms.

Excellent staff and doctor, Dr. McCain is the best around and actually takes time to listen to my concerns and opinions regarding my health.

Kind of shocked by the amount of bad reciews. Seems like a ZocDoc issue for a lot of people and not an issue with the actual doctor’s office. I’ve been going here for I believe five or six years now. I’ve always received great service. It’s the reason I drive an hour to go here!

I booked an appointment for a doctor here for my son on zocdoc 2 weeks prior . When I get here, I'm notified that the Dr is not a pediatrician. So you're telling me nobody could have called before I got there and told me that? I could have booked a different doctor! No communication and not professional! Wasting hard working people's time

I would not recommend this physician or office based on my experience.

First, the professionalism was lacking from the very beginning. I provided my insurance before my visit and it was verified, yet I’m now being billed in full. On top of that, the staff and physician were dressed in casual street clothes. As someone who works in the medical field, I have never seen a medical office where no one wears scrubs and the physician is in jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes. It felt unprofessional and did not inspire confidence.

During my appointment, I felt rushed and that my concerns were brushed off rather than being addressed thoroughly.

The biggest issue, however, has been billing. I have left numerous voicemails and even emailed the address listed on the website, but the billing person never responds. The only way I could get through to anyone was by calling and pretending to make an appointment, at which point they finally connected me. Even after resending my insurance information multiple times and being told it would be billed correctly, I am still receiving invoices.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Between the lack of professionalism, the dismissive visit, and the complete lack of responsiveness with billing, I cannot recommend this office.

I am seeing negative reviews, but I have not had that experience. Dr. McCain is very personable and attentive during visits. There was an inaccuracy on my chart, most likely me not answering a question correctly, and they fixed it without any issues. I enjoy the office staff and will continue to use Dr. McCain as my PCP.
