Very happy with customer service from being checked in to the treatment and checkout. The time it took to be seen by the doctor was great. Very satisfied with the way everything was explained to me and also the checkout process.
In all my years with dental practices, today was the best. The staff was very courteous, available, and professional. DDS Obeid was very gently and thorough. I'm a native to CA for 30 plus years and have cmgone to specialists in UCLA area that were very rough in injections and not very welcoming.
Jasmine Dental hygienist was very thorough, helpel with questions, and made me fell comfortable in the cleaning.
Jasmine dental assistant made x ray process smooth and easy. Technology has changed and it was very convenient. No more old films and bullet proof vests ?. Jasmine was very friendly and welcoming in appearance, helping me relax.

We only went for a cleaning. The dentist was very helpful and informative. I don't have to ask questions bc he answered and gave me information right away regarding my daughter's dental health. Also the place looks welcoming. Dental offices usually gives me anxiety.
