I had a great experience with Stephanie at TONI&GUY. I came in with very long, thick hair and wanted a noticeable change, but keeping the length was important to me. I showed her some inspiration for the overall shape and layering I was looking for, and she really understood how to translate it to my hair rather than simply copying a picture.
