I used to go to TLC for many years but stopped for a while because of my job. Well this past week I came and had Cathy. Oh my lord, it was one of the worst experiences at the nail salon that I have ever had! She cut FIVE of my fingers and two of them were bleeding so bad. She was also rude and kept pulling my hands. The worst of it is that my nails are so ugly. They are so thick and uneven because she was rushing. I came to relax and now my nails are ugly and hurt so bad today bc of how bad she cut me. I will never let her do my nails again?

We have visited TLC Nails & Spa on multiple occasions. The people who work there are very friendly to customers. We typically call ahead and inquire about any possible wait time. We have been very lucky to be seen right after walking in. The back part of the spa where we received our services is very clean. The massage chairs are very comfortable. The quality of their work is excellent. They have a price list with all of the services offered. There are plenty of nail polish, shellac polish, and powders to choose to suit your needs. They are very patient and ensure that their work is satisfactory. We will be back.

First time in. Came with my brother; who's clearly a regular. No long wait. Nice atmosphere. All techs are kind and they have a nice drink selection. Price was good too! Will definitely recommend and return when I'm back in Houston
