Item was ready when promised and professionally cleaned and pressed. A little confusion about the payment due because of the BOGO promotion for the one day only but the issue was resolved.

If I could give Mary more than 5 stars,I most definitely will cause she earned it. She was friendly, patient and helpful as I had my stuff there for a while. Each time I would reach out to the staff and check,even when busy,they always provided swift responses. My experiences with all the staff there has been positive ones and I hope it stays that way. Great service and kind staff! I took 3 items in on Monday. I had an awards ceremony that Saturday. They had all items completed by Friday! Very appreciative. God bless and thank you so much!
